CARE & REPAIR

What type of material do you use?

1

Each Rivington Bone piece is individually handcrafted from various natural elements such as wood, glass, metals, ethically sourced bone, and natural gemstones. Therefore, beads may have natural blemishes and variations.

What types of metals do you use?

2

We use a variety of metals, including brass, as well as metal plating. Although our metals do not easily tarnish, some do tend to fade over time. For best long term wear, we do not recommend exposing your metal jewelry to water, soaps, or lotions.

How should I store my jewelry?

3

We recommend storing your jewelry in the cotton pouch that it comes in. Bracelets are made of elastic stretch cord. It is best that they are stored in a climate controlled environment to ensure the elasticity of the bracelet.

How do I find my perfect fit?

4

Measure your wrist! If you do not have a measuring tape handy, use a ribbon or string to wrap around your wrist, mark the length (example: 7inches, 7 ½ inches), then measure against a measuring tape or ruler. This is your wrist size. Please keep in mind that our bracelets are designed to move loosely around the wrist and should never be tight.

How do I request a repair?

5

We are incredibly particular about the design of each piece and want to provide the highest quality possible. However, since each piece is uniquely handmade, it is a rare occurrence that your piece could break. We are happy to make any repairs if you have all the pieces.
